Red African Trade Bead 24" Necklace

Glass beads are a timeless craft that have been a part of West African culture for hundreds of years. Nomoda Ebenezer Djaba, known as "Cedi", has been crafting glass beads since he was a young boy. Cedi and his family live in the Krobo region of Ghana, where they create beautiful glass beads that are both colorful and bold. He primarily uses recycled glass sourced from broken bottles and other discarded items to create his beads, which are then strung into wearable art. Cedi's original creations have an international following.

Necklace is 24" long.
