Mexican Otomi Embroidery Note Card Set

1
Otomi is the traditional embroidery technique hailing from the central Mexican Plateau. In the 1960's, after a drought decimated the region’s financial stability, the traditional craft was revived as an additional source of income for the Otomi people. According to legend, the animals depicted are derived from a nearby cave’s ancient drawings.

Otomi Embroidery Note Card

They are charming but smaller than I expected. I guess I didn't notice the size if you mentioned it, I guess I also thought they would be glossier. Just checked online. The item seems to be no longer there, but looking at other cards you don't seem to give the size.
