Kosiv ceramics are one of many Ukrainian traditions on UNESCO's Intangible Heritage List. This scarf reproduces a few of the thousands of varieties of Kosiv ceramics. The town of Kosiv, located in the Carpathian Mountains in Western Ukraine, has been the local center of pottery since the XIX century.
