How do I get my discount?

Be sure to login before you start shopping with your email and password. If this is your first time using shopmuseum.org as a member please click sign up on the login page. 

First time users, if possible please sign up with the same email you use for your membership. You may need to use your partner's email address if they are the primary membership holder.

Memberships match email addresses, not Member ID numbers. Member ID numbers are only needed in the notes section at checkout if your discount isn't working. 

My Discount still isn't working

If the discount isn't working please put your Member ID in the notes section at checkout and we will honor your discount when we process your order.

What does "partially paid" mean?

This means we lowered the shipping cost or adjusted for a discount, lowering the overall price paid below what was authorized initially.

Will I receive tracking info?

Yes, we use stamps.com to ship our orders. Tracking will come from stamps.com. Be sure to check your spam folder.

Why does my receipt show the full amount without my discount applied?

If your discount wasn't applied by logging in, and you left a note or contacted us, the first email confirmation you receive will show the full amount. The final receipts reflecting the correct amounts will be emailed as soon as we process the order to ship.
