Customer Service

To reach customer service and receive the quickest response, contact us via email at shopsinfo@museumfoundation.orgfor any inquiries or to place an order. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Please give us 1-2 business days to reply.

For customers living in the Santa Fe, NM area, you can select the "Pickup in Store" option at checkout. Local Pickup is available from our offices ONLY. You will receive an "Order Ready" email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

Our offices are located at 1411 Paseo de Peralta. Local Pickup is available on Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. Park near the building on the right side of the driveway and either ring the doorbell or knock on the turquoise double doors and someone will be there to assist you.

Your member store discount is associated with the email on file for your membership store account. You can log into your account or you can simply add your email or member number in the notes at checkout and your member store discount will be automatically applied to your order. 

If you recently joined or renewed your membership, please note it can take up to 30 days for system to update. If you would like to ensure your membership is current, please email shopsinfo@museumfoundation.org.

Shipping & Returns

We ship via UPS Ground and USPS (United States Postal Service). Most in-stock items are shipped within two business days of receipt of your order and will be delivered within 10-14 business days. We will let you know if an item is temporarily out of stock. To ensure the safety of fragile items, your complete order may not be shipped in the same package. The full shipping and handling fee is charged with first parcel shipped. Subsequent parcels, in the same order and to the same address will be shipped at no extra charge. Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping.

Expedited shipping is available for certain items. Please select "expedited" at checkout and applicable fees will be applied.

For overnight delivery or other shipping concerns, email shopsinfo@museumfoundation.org for assistance.

We ship all international orders with tracking and insurance with our best rate to your address. Most products can be shipped to international addresses, some items that require batteries or are hazardous to ship will be excluded from international orders. All international sales are final. Shipments require a minimum purchase of $20.00. Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are able to to return or exchange your item within 30 days of receipt. Items that are special ordered or custom made are not returnable. Sale items are final sale and not returnable. Returns will be made to the form of payment originally used for the purchase. Shipping and handling is non refundable. Please note that we cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. The item must be returned in its original packaging in saleable condition. Please email us at shopsinfo@museumfoundation.org prior to sending your return.

We will then contact you for further instructions to resolve the matter quickly.

General questions

Yes, we are happy to include a gift message with your order. Simply add your message into the Notes field and your message with be printed and placed in the box with the items in your order.

Please let us know if your item is a gift and if we should remove any pricing information.

At the moment, gift wrapping is not available. Select gift wrap supplies are available in select stores for purchase.
