The studio of Santa Fe Artist Pamela Messer overlooks the rugged Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Here, Pamela creates ceramic jewelry and tile murals. The distinctively modern style of color placement in her ceramics is achieved through a complex layering of underglazes and overglazes. This intensive process includes coats of glaze and a controlled kiln firing to produce a diverse range of dramatic results.
