Simple, yet distinct, these anise seed & cinnamon flavored shortbread cookies are deeply ingrained in the culture & history of New Mexico. Recipes have been handed down from abuelas generation after generation & have adorned Christmas tabletop spreads since the 1st Spanish colony in 1598.

As distinctively spicy as the cookie itself, this blend is created with a fine, stone ground matcha, cinnamon, anise & whole cane sugar. A delightful cup, you can whisk it together with warm milk & honey or dilute it over ice for an extra special iced latte treat!
