Cordell Pajarito Mother of Pearl Flower Bracelet

A beautiful cuff featuring corn, butterflies, bees, and a sun and moon on each end. Small piece of coral at center. Tufa is a compressed volcanic ash material. When casting, the artist hand-carves a design into tufa stone – creating a negative space for molten metal to be poured. The use of tufa creates a beautiful, earthy pebble like texture on the silver.

Cordell Pajarito of Kewa Pueblo (Santo Domingo Pueblo), born in 1988, is the grandson of esteemed jeweler Mary Lovato and second-son of Anthony Lovato. Cordell has been inspired by his father, grandmother, and older brother Joel.

Measures 7" overall, 1.75" at widest, 1.15" opening.
