This happy little frog holds an offering jar decorated with an incised raincloud. The frog is thought of as the fertility fetish, representing water, rain, and the cycle of life. Carved from Alabaster, signed by artist on bottom. Rickson Kallestewa (Zuni) has been carving fetishes since he was in his early 20's.
