The family had known about the book which is filled with beautiful ledger drawings and tells a tale of Native American history in a powerful and sensitive way. The great artist and keeper of the Lakota sacred traditions , Arthur Amiotte, consulted on the book which makes it truly special. I will buy more copies as gifts, and one for me.
