Who doesn't want San Pascual in their kitchen? He is the patron saint of kitchens and chefs and was known to make delicious meals from very modest ingredients. There is a rumor that he preferred animals to humans and that he never failed to feed them first! For this reason he  is always depicted with a cat by his side.
