Maria Romero Cash is a native-born Hispanic raised in Santa Fe, the daughter of prominent traditional tin-work artists, the late Senaida and Emilio Romero, Marie has become a leading authority on the Santero tradition in New Mexico. As an artist, she distinguishes herself by bringing together a vast knowledge of traditional art forms with a zeal for exploration and innovation.
