Suzani Blossom Chiffon Scarf

Suzani is a type of embroidered textile originating from Central Asia, particularly Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan. These stunning textiles feature intricate and colourful needlework, often forming elaborate floral and geometric patterns. Suzanis have deep cultural roots, serving both as decorative pieces and dowry items, symbolizing a woman's skill and devotion.

This elegant Fox & Chave chiffon silk scarf is inspired by two different Suzani embroideries from Uzbekistan c.1900, courtesy of the Museum of International Folk Art. Silk Chiffon scarf measures 71" x 20".

Very nice.

I love the pattern. The colors are more subdued than show online. Still very pretty.
