How do I receive my membership discount? In order to receive your discount, you must login to your account where it says "Member Login". If you do not have an account with the Museum Shops, click here. We recommend using the same email address that is linked to your membership account.
Do I need to be logged in before I begin shopping?No, you can login at any point before checkout to apply your Member discount. You will not lose the items in your cart.
What if I do not see my Member discount applied?First, ensure that you are logged in through the Member Login page. If you have logged in and the discount is still not applied, please put your Member ID in the "Notes" section at checkout and we will honor your discount when processing the order.
