I just placed an order. When can I expect to receive my items?We ship via UPS Ground and USPS (United States Postal Service). Most in-stock items are shipped within two business days of receipt of your order and will be delivered within 10-14 business days. We will let you know if an item is temporarily out of stock. To ensure the safety of fragile items, your complete order may not be shipped in the same package. The full shipping and handling fee is charged with first parcel shipped. Subsequent parcels, in the same order and to the same address will be shipped at no extra charge. Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping.

Do you ship internationally?For service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Possessions, and foreign countries, please call 505-216-0738 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing and details. We are not currently offering shipping to the United Kingdom. All sales are final. Shipments require a minimum purchase of $20.00. Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination.

How do I return an item? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are able to to return or exchange your item within 30 days of receipt. Items that are special ordered or custom made are not returnable. Sale items are final sale and not returnable. Returns will be made to the form of payment originally used for the purchase. Shipping and handling is non refundable. Please note that we cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. The items I ordered arrived damaged. If your package appears to be damaged upon arrival or if the items inside appear damaged, please contact us so that we may arrange inspection. Please keep all of the original packing materials.
