Ingredients: Mullein, Lavender, Cedar, White Sage

Mullein steam inhalation – Helps to relieve coughs and nasal congestion.

Lavender steam inhalation – its calming, soothing aroma helps relax the mind and body. It also has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that make it especially helpful for clearing nasal congestion and relieving sinus infections.

Cedar steam inhalation – Helps to reduce fever symptoms, rheumatic symptoms, and chest colds and flu symptoms.

White Sage steam inhalation – Helps to relieve a runny nose, hay fever, and sinusitis. Helps to dry up excessive secretions. It loosens constriction and it decreases your overall inflammatory reaction.

Blended herbal steam therapy works as an overall amazing decongestant for your head and lungs!

How to properly do a steam inhalation at home:

  1. Boil water in a pan and add loose leaf medicine plants (like the Breathe Packet).

  2. Transfer the infused water to a bowl and set aside for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Make a tent with a towel to cover your face and head.

  4. Sit on a chair and bring your head above the bowl to inhale the steam.

  5. You can inhale it for 5 - 10 minutes.
