Jessica Wertz is a ceramicist based in Hillsboro, New Mexico. She describes her pottery practice as being rooted in creating deep connection. "I work with pottery because it answers real needs. I intend my work to be a vehicle of connection to our food, to our home, to our daily commonalities of self-care, and to our past." As a certified death doula, Wertz also specializes in ceramic urns for humans and pets.
