Silversmith Joe Eby has deep roots in Native American culture. He was raised on the Navajo Nation and began his jewelry-making training while in high school in nearby Gallup, New Mexico. Joe naturally gravitated to traditional indigenous motifs when he began developing his art. He now lives and works in San Antonio, Texas, creating handcrafted jewels that epitomize a modern take on century-old Navajo style.
